Founded in Cluj-Napoca, Paramount started with a frustrating conversation. A client was weeks away from a business sale he didn't actually want because nobody had shown him alternatives. That failure sparked everything. We rebuilt our entire practice around preventing exactly that scenario. Over 13 years, we've guided 47 family enterprises through succession — some sold, some restructured, some handed down with careful planning. We've learned what works. More importantly, we've learned what destroys families.
